FERWABA: How Rwanda’s Basketball Federation Became a Model of Excellence, Leadership, and Global Recognition

The election of Pascale Mugwaneza to the FIBA Central Board marks a milestone for Rwandan sports administration and underlines the federation’s influence within international basketball governance structures.
